MCDR has always been keen on developing and improving the quality and speed of its E-services in order to facilitate work and procedures remotely for all parties of the Stock Market. In an attempt to maintain the environment and limit any paper work, MCDR has settled on the following:
1- Accepting electronically signed requests from companies to receive electronic shareholder lists by e-mail to the membership and information department: mcdr.info@mcsd.com.eg
2- the Shareholders Lists department shall set an electronically signed list and sends it to the company’s e-mail address.
These procedures are meant to facilitate work during the current period of controlling the COVID19 infection, by limiting the presence of clients in the different branches and avoiding crowds.
It’s worth mentioning that MCDR provides the e-signature service to its clients.
