After the success of MCDR in achieving advanced levels in the number and quality of services it provides and the activities it practices in the capital market, and in the interest of the company’s management to push the wheel of progress and development for the capital market to take its desired position in the ranks of the global markets. The company continued its intensive efforts to provide the latest advanced services that are well-known globally, to investors. A set of automated query services have been developed enabling investors to follow up on their securities portfolios and protect them from any manipulations. It also enables them to follow up on any transactions made on them, in order to tighten self-censorship by investors over their agents from brokerage companies and others, using an accurate database, and highly secured according to the latest global technology.

Automated inquiry services provided by the company:
1- via voice service.
2- via Internet.
3- via e-mail.
4- via regular mail.
5- via fax.
6- via mobile phone.


How to subscribe to the services:
Investors dealing in the stock market can subscribe to the services through one of the following ways:-
1. By going to the company’s main headquarters 70 El Gomhoureya Street - or one of its branches (Heliopolis) 117 El Thawra Street, or Alexandria Branch 4 Ibn Al Sayegh Street, from Al Horreya. In the Customer Service Department, the investor or his representative fills a subscription form and pays the required fees, whether the investor is (natural person - legal person) 2. Through the branches of banks spread throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are responsible for the disbursement of dividends.

What can be obtained from the services provided by MCDR?
Call center services:

First : - The voice service
• First: the subscriber client using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response):-
The following data can be inquired about within twenty-four hours by dialing 25971666 from any phone, in both Arabic and English. The investor can inquire about the following:
1. Pressing button (1) for unsettled transactions.
2. Pressing button (2) for settled transactions.
3. Pressing button (3) for the stock balances (available - pledged - frozen sale).
4. Pressing button (4), for coupons due to the customer from the securities. 5. Pressing button (5), for the password change.
6. Pressing the (0) button, for transferring the call to a customer service employee.
The above mentioned data can be sent via fax by recording the fax number desired through the phone by pressing the button (2) after hearing the instructions.
• Second: Transferring a request from the joint customer to a customer service employee:
The following data can be inquired about during official working hours in both Arabic and English in addition to the aforementioned information, in the case of a non-subscribing customer:
1. The balances of securities that are held by all custodians, with the possibility of knowing the details of those balances (available - pledged - under settlement ... etc.)
2. The position of clients' orders (sell - buy) and the transactions that are executed in real time.
3. Transactions that have been executed in the stock exchange (buying - selling), whether or not they have been settled, and the reason for not being settled.
4. The operations scheduled for securities (profits - retail - free - redemption of bonds - increase or decrease of capital - general assemblies)
5. Any data concerning brokerage, bookkeeping companies, and issuing companies (addresses _ telephones _ faxes) or any other information.
6. Securities whose coupons are suspended for any reason.
7. The documents required to deal with MCDR.
8. It is possible to renew or subscribe to any of MCDR's services by phone, and the subscription or renewal value will be deducted from the settlement of the first sale (for voice service customers only).
9. The fees for services and possession of the customer subscribed to the service.
10. The customer's cash dividends' position, whether it has been paid or not yet 11. Follow up the client's balances with the registered owner as well as the investment managers.
12. All other services can be followed up and their data modified through the voice service (for voice service customers only).
13. All services can be transferred to the new code after the process of adding credits (for voice service customers only).
14. The service subscriber can deal by phone with any of the MCDR's departments during official working hours (for voice service customers only).
15. The dates and venues of the general assemblies.
16. Verify any news published in a newspaper or on any website on the Internet regarding the securities registered in the central depository system.

Second: Internet Network
MCDR has launched a website on the Internet (www.mcsd.com.eg), through which the investor who subscribed in the service, after entering his unified code and password, which he received from the company, can inquire about all the above mentioned information that can be obtained from the voice service in addition to the following:
1. The investor can follow the market value of a portfolio instantly, in addition to the last execution price.
2. The investor can follow up the cash flows made on his account during a period.
3. The investor can follow up on offers, requests and trading prices.
4. The investor can print any of the above mentioned data that appears on the screen.
5. It is possible to learn about the latest news related to the stock market and to identify the source of the news.

Third: Electronic Mail Services
The customer goes to any of the company's branches and expresses his desire to subscribe to the service; he registers his e-mail address that he wants the company to correspond with, so he can obtain the following information by sending it to him daily:
1. An account statement detailing the balances.
2. The operations that were carried out today.
3. Transactions that have been settled today.
4. Coupons due today.
5. The market value of the client's portfolio (today's closing).

Fourth: Postal mail services
The customer heads to any of the company’s branches and expresses his desire to subscribe to the service; he registers his regular mail address that he wants the company to correspond with, so he can obtain the following information by sending it to him every six months:
1. A detailed account statement for balances.
2. Coupons that are due and that have not been spent for six months.

Fifth: Fax Services
After the customer goes to any of the company's branches and expresses his desire to subscribe to the service, he specifies fax number to send him the information that he can obtain, which is as follows:
1. A detailed account statement for balances (every six months).
2. The operations that were carried out today (upon execution).
3. Transactions that have been settled today.
4. Coupons due and not paid for six months.

Sixth: Mobile service (SMS Services)
The customer heads to any of the company's branches and expresses his desire to subscribe to the service, he specifies a mobile number to send the information that he can obtain, which is as follows:
1. The operations that were executed today, whether buying or selling (upon execution).
